I’m Chloe Spencer, 16 years old, blogger and maker of
NeopetsFanatic.com, which was my first site. This is obviously going to be my second. This weekend I was up at Chicago speaking at the BlogHer ’07 conference, which was fanatastic. While I was there, almost everybody I met had their own personal blogs, where they’d write about themselves, and anything else they wanted. It really inspired me, so I created my own personal blog.
